Policy for Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Issues at Dotty Dot Balloon Shop Refunds: 

Please note that due to the nature of helium balloons being one-time use, we do not offer refunds. However, if you believe that your product is faulty, or if you are not satisfied with it, please contact us within seven days of collection at hello@dottydotballoonshop.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt to be eligible for a return. 

Returns: If you have a return request, please contact us first to request a return. Items that are sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted. Please email hello@dottydotballoonshop.com for any return-related queries. 

Damages and issues: We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you happen to receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to request a refund. To get the item you want, you can return your original purchase, and once it is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refund Process: After we receive and examine your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
